Basically i have this old prity shit all in one desktop pc, it has a very big very nice quality screen and some good build in speakers. But the rest is crap.
I was wondering if it would be posible to just use the screen (and maybe speakers) with my awesome PC.
Same applys for my shitty laptop.

I know of this app thing called synergy that alous you to use 1 mouse and keybkred across multiple PCs and even diferent OS's.
As if it was an extended display kinda. You can drag and drop files etc.

However i.don not know if i was to say run a game on my pc wohld it work with the new screen? Cause it sais it is done my a network conectivity. So is it basicaly streaming it or something?

What are peoples thoughts?

99% of all in ones do not have a video input for the screen to be used as a secondary monitor. Your best bet is to pull the unit apart and see what cable hooks to the screen. Even then it most likely wont have the right connector to plug into your computer to use it as an actual screen.

In short the screen will most likely have a flat cable like a laptop screen and you wont be able to use it as a secondary monitor.
