Using bottom and front radiators as an intakes okay?

I plan on having a rear 140 and a top 420 as an exhaust as per the norm. I've never actually ever mounted front or bottom rads before. Can I use them as intakes with no issues? I typically only use the higher parts of my cases for exhausts. I've always used the bottom and front as intakes with air cooling. Thoughts?
