Using dedicated GPU

My laptop is a SAMSUNG ATIV BOOK2 NP275E4E- AMD E2-2000

specs:
amd e2-2000
and the graphics card is radeon hd 8570

but i checked the properties and it seems that it's using the radeon 7340

i'm a noob so please do understand
but i can follow any instructions

it said only the HD 7340

i've checked the device manager on the laptop and the 8570 is there
i just don't know how to make it work
