Question Using Disk Genius and need assistance for partition overlapping

I need to change the parameters of the partitions on an ssd drive. As you can see in the image the c drive has been reduced to a sliver while the extended partition has taken up that space. The start and end parameters are wrong and I don't want to mess it up trying to fix it myself.

If someone could take a look and guide me properly I'd appreciate it, I'm afraid to close the system down or restart.

did you changed something or look like this when you open disk genius?

I changed some things as in deleted some partitions but I did not change any of the number values on anything. I loaded up the program and it already had made the partition change somehow b4 I got back to the page-I was doing something else at the time. I don't know how or why the extended drive and the c drive were changed. But I merely deleted some empty partitions from the entire drive.

When I got to the page it had a warning about the overlap already, I didn't want to proceed and mess with the numbers at all so I x-ed out of the warning page(I panicked) and proceeded to copy files off of the c drive to save some of it at least. it seems as though the contents are still there on the c drive, I don't know how.. but that's why I don't want to reboot. If I can save the c drive, extend it or resize it or actually get those values changed that would be great, I just don't know what the best option is.
