Using Extra Internal SSD For Storage?

Currently i use an HHD partioned in 2 parts, in both it has windows installed. I installed windows in the second partition so i can store any file from the first partition using windows.

Now i am going to buy a new pc with 2 internal SSDs via sata 3 i guess. In one ssd i am going to install windows and in the other i want to store and use files from windows in my main ssd. Do i have to install windows in the second ssd to do this?

You didn't need to do it in the first drive either.....
No you don't need to install windows on both the SSDs....
