Using Long ethernet Wire

Hello guys .... I need help

I have a internet speed as slow as 512kbps and download speed of just 60kbps ... being said

i have to use an Ethernet wire of around 100 meters from pc Internet modem to my pc ... In india i cant find a Cat5e or Cat6 wire of that length In my bujet they are expensive ... But i Found some nice Cat5 wires ...

The question is what will be loss of internet speed over the wire .. OR there wont be any ?

cat 5 maxes out at 100 meters (as does cat 6 albiet a hair differently, 90 meters horizontal cabling with 10m of patch cables). So yes your cable should work with no loss in speed or connectivity.
