Using MSI Afterburner to Overclock GPU -- Settings revert back to default randomly?

Hey guys, just started overclocking my Gigabyte GTX 600 2GB graphics card using MSI Afterburner.

I've noticed that randomly at times, my overclocked GPU would reset back to default settings on random.

I'm not getting any crashes (or none that I can tell - except for my screen going black for a brief second, then the overclock is reverted <- Could that be the issue?).

The problem occurs in the middle of me bench marking.

If it's resetting then it doesn't like something you are doing. Start with very small overclocks and test for a while for stability. Notch it up a wee bit at a time.
