Is it safe? It's the only Isopropyl alcohol I have on hands. Its composition:
  • Isopropyl alcohol
  • solvent
  • anionic surfactant
  • silicone
  • additive
  • preservative
  • dye
  • vehicle
No idea what vehicle is, by the way.

Is it safe? .....
Do you mean the PCIe slots? Don't use anything but blowing dust off them with canned air or an electronics air blower. Even then, be careful and and don't direct the full force of the air if it's too powerful.

The contacts are self-cleaning as they wipe across the edge contacts on the board during insertion and extraction, and they're gold plated so they don't tarnish. They're also delicate and can easily bend out of position if pushed too hard in the wrong direction, that's why you don't want to try brushing or wiping them with any sort of solvent which is unnecessary anyway.

Thirding the above. Compressed air only. If you actually knew that the contacts have to be cleaned then use proper electrical contact cleaner carefully applied. But don't give them a clean just because you think it might be nice.

"Vehicle" probably means propellant if this is in a spray can. I'd be more worried about the fact that one of the ingredients is listed as "dye".
