using touch pen

I have an RCA Cambio w101 it seems as when i use a pen the sensors on the right side don't always work. They work when i use just my finger but i would like to use a pen.
please help

You would need to contact RCA support. RCA, Nextbook, any super cheap tablet maker are not very good quality, you should expect buggy operation.
