Using two hdd's

Hey there, i recently wanted to build a gaming desktop and wanted to save a little money by getting a xbox 360 slim hdd (250gb) and a laptop hdd (417gb). Do you think i can erase the existing format and use them in the desktop?

I'm pretty sure the xbox hdd is a different connector and laptop hard drives are considerably slower than desktop harddrives, I wouldn't recommend it

the 360 drive is a just a laptop drive running special firmware. it will fit fine.
As already mentioned, they ware much slower than a 7200 rpm 3.5" drive but if you are fine with windows taking 40 seconds to load then all is well.
