"Made in South Korea" . They're clearly labelled 're-certified'. Branded by CLOVERHITECH CO. LTD who appear to manufacturer coils , transformers & 'electrical components'. Sounds like they make elements of Hard Drives, but not drives themselves. http://cloverhi.tradekorea.com/company.do

Between the potential 'no-name' quality, the 're-certified' aspect, and the ridiculously high price - I'd suggest your money is better spent elsewhere.
