uTorrent not working..

First, i din't knew what category to chose, so i chose this.
When i try to download a file on uTorrent, it start's downloading at 0.2kb/s and then after just 5 seconds, fall to 0.0, and stay there, i have opened the port in the firewall, and the router, but still doesn't work.
What to do?
Just tell if you need some more informations.
