Utorrent starts automatically even though I didn't allow it to

Every time I turn on my pc utorrent starts. I've disabled it in the settings menu in utorrent and the program isn't in the startup in task manager. What should I do to prevent it from starting up when I turn on my pc? https://ctrlv.cz/PQFB

For me it worked to enable the "startup at boot" setting, save the settings, disable it again and save it one more time.

Happens to me from time to time too
