I would like to upgrade my 1TB NVME with 2TB
How do I know if I should get WD_BLACK 2TB SN850X with heatsink or not? is it even supported?

I am not a gamer but I open many tabs at once

Does the orig disk have a heat sink?

If not I would try without on the new disk and monitor the temps.

There may not be enough space to fit a proper sized heat sink.

Your call if you want to get the new disk with a heat sink.

I suppose you can always remove the heat sink if there is a space problem.
