I need to build as powerful a rendering machine that runs V-Ray as possible for $2500. I don't need monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc... We're just talking the PC. See below for a parts list that hits just under $2200. Looking for advice on what to change, or where to upgrade using the final $300. Thanks!

Something like this would be much prefered. Never skimp on the PSU. That PSU is a ticking time bomb. The seasonic focus GX 1000w will last you a decade or more with a 10 year warranty. If the 9950x were in stock at MSRP that would also be prefered. Air cooling is also fine for even the 9950X. A super fast NVMe drive for the OS and programs with a slower but still very fast storage drive at 2TB for everything else. If your budget could stretch it a 4TB storage and the 2TB as a scratch drive would be ever better. Arctic P12 fans are much better than those thermaltakes for only a bit more. A different and better performing case with an airflow focus. You can swap out the case's ARGB fans with the Arctic P12s if they are annoying.
