v8 gts fit my mobo and CPU?

Hi, I wanna buy the CM V8GTS for my CPU. It looks very big and like it won't fit my PC but the socket fits... Can someone tell me if it does fit?
Please do not tell me to get something else.

I have
Mobo: Asus p8p67-m pro
Cpu: Intel i7 2600k 1155
Case: CM Storm Enforcer

It should fit, your case supports 175mm cpu coolers and it's right about 150mm tall.

What about the mobo? Won't it block the ram or anything?

You should be good! Unless you have giant RAM. The motherboard in this picture looks identical to the one you have, M-atx and everything. Found it on overclockers.ua
