You might check to see everything is clean and that you are getting proper cooling. Also did you install or download anything from the web like torrents or bootleg video, etc.? Pls lis you hardware, OS version and anything else that might help us understand what is going on (new components, re-used and age).

GPU: radeon hd 5770
ram: 4gb corsair something
OS: windows 7 home premium sp1

I don't torrent anything at all and i'm running at around 45 underload.

So the test came back that both sticks were fine but I had another pack of the same ram so I replaced them anyway and i'm still getting.

irql_not_less_or_equal, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and some Pool related Bsods.
 
Why don't you list the components of this mystery machine.

Check to make sure in your bios that your ram is set to the correct voltage, the correct voltage is listed on a sticker on the ram itself.

Are you overclocking anything? If so , change everything back to stock until you have found your problem.
