Vcore for ryzen 7 1700/1700x at 3.9 and 4.0 ghz ?

What is the normal vcore for a ryzen 7 1700/1700x at 3.9 and 4.0 ghz ?

My ryzen 5 1600 runs at 4ghz with 1.3625 volt and LLC 3, i know i have to run it a bit under 1.4ghz not get to high temps and still keep my cpu cooler (nh-d15) at low rpm, so i was wondering how much difference there is compared to ryzen 7

I had my Ryzen 7 1700 test build at 3.85Ghz stable with about 1.37v, and 1.125v SOC.I don't remember the LLC setting, but was using C6H motherboard.

In my case, this voltage wasn't enough for 3.9Ghz, and 1.425v couldn't do 4ghz.

I currently have my Ryzen 7 1700 stable at 3.9Ghz with 1.3v and average reps under load of 52 degrees. (12-14 degree ambient room temp)

I can boot to Windows with 4.0ghz at 1.35v but cant pass a Cinebench test. I haven't tried a higher voltage. First time overclocking and a little hesitant to wade in at 1.4v

I can get my R7 1800X at 3.9 GHz at 1.35V and 1.1 SoC, but I can't get to 4.0GHz no matter what. I keep the settings as a UEFI profile for benchmarcks but revert to stock for everyday use... At stock, with good cooling it can keep the 3.7 XFR frequency indefinitely, and even can turbo 1 clock to 4.1 if needed... And that last part is lost when overclocking. So I don't really think it pays off to overclock a 1800X. At least, not mine.

I can run my 1700 non X at 4.0 GHz with 1.35V on an MSI X370 Gaming Plus with 2x8GB G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3200 CL14 Samsung B-Die. I can even boot Windows with 4.1 GHz and 1.425V but my Macho X2 is not enough to keep it below 70c when stress testing with Cinebench, so I stick with 4.0 GHz.
