Question vega 56 insufficient power?

Hi.

I just bought a XFX Vega 56 with 2 fans and connected to motherboard.
It boots up(windows bootup sound on speaker), but there are no signals on monitor.
I suppose that the problem maybe insufficient power; gpu requires 2x 8pin pci power,
but I connected it to 1x 8pin + 1x 6pin (daisy chained)
cuz my psu only supports 1x 8pin and 1x 6pin pci power.

PC specfications;

Intel i7 6800K (No overclock)
Asrock X99X killer
32gb of ram (4x8gb)
Gigabyte GTX 670 2g >>> XFX Vega 56 8g
Samsung 970 evo nvme
3x 3.5 HDD
Superflower 550W (bought in 2012) >> supposed to be the problem
corsair H60

with my old GTX 670, it successfully boots up and signals on screen; AOC 24 inch monitor(model unknown - HDMI), Dell U2312HM(DisplayPort)

But with XFX vega 56, no screen signals and gpu fans do not run(maybe zero dB, but side XFX logo led turns on)

What i want to know is that is it really a psu problem? or any other problem?

(I ordered cooler master masterwatt lite 700w on web)

Thanks.

If possible cancel the masterwatt purchase, what is the budget you have to get a new PSU? Cooler Master don't have the most quality of units, which probably won't help your case considering the Vega series is a very power hungry card, so you want a efficient PSU.
