Question Vega 56 or Vega 64

I have a 1050 3GB and Ryzen 3 1200, i would to upgrade a GPU, but i dont know what GPU to buy.

I have a 400W PSU ( https://www.bequiet.com/en/powersupply/1281 )

I think about 1070 - 1080ti or Vega 56/64

That is a pretty light PSU. GTX 1070 would be the least amount of power at 150W.

1080Ti and Vega 64 are both well more than half the PSUs total output, I would say no. Vega 56 is marginal at 210W.

GTX 1660 Super / 1660Ti / 1660 would be better. Or an RX5500 or RX5500XT. Even a new RX6600.

Beyond that, you also need a new PSU. And you are due for a CPU upgrade as well.

first I would like to upgrade the GPU then the PSU and finally the CPU, but everything will get its upgrade, I just didn't know what GPU I could put in this build

Start with the PSU and CPU would be my suggestion. Faster GPU is great, but you are going to run into the CPU not being able to feed it properly.

Ryzen 2600/3600 should be pretty easy to track down used. A new PSU, something like a 550-650W, at least bronze rated. Though the price difference between gold and bronze these days is pretty minimal amongst decent brands.
