Question Vega 56

Hi guys im new to the pc world and i just got myself a vega 56 from asrock
I was wondering how to go about undervolting ( how to measure real time power usage to know that i am doing it right)

Hwmonitor can measure power consumption.
Use wattman to undervolt the gpu slightly, and then stress. If its stable, undervolt more and restress. Do this untill it is unstable or crashes. Then the last voltage when it was stable at is what id run it at.
