Hey guys, I have two questions.

Firstly, my current CPU is an i5-8500. I am planning to upgrade to a Vega 64 soon (from RX 580 8GB) and I want to know whether my CPU will bottleneck it. I've heard people say that an i5-8400 wouldn't bottleneck even a 1080 Ti, so I just want to know whether an i5-8500 will bottleneck a Vega 64.

The other thing I'm not sure about is whether to get a Corsair RM750x 750W or a Corsair RM850x 850W. I was going to get a TXM but someone said getting a top of the line PSU will keep a Vega 64 in good health for a long time. That's why I'm getting an RMx. Anyway, should I get the 750W version or the 850W? In fact, should I get the 1000W version for better future-proofing?

Thanks for helping guys!

Solution
Bottleneck for Vega 64? No.
Vega 64 is only as good as somewhere between GTX1070ti and 1080/2070. I5 8xxx are good even for 2080/1080ti.
For Vega 64, 750W should be already enough. Corsair RM is already good.
Personally, I would rather get 1070ti or 1080 or 2070, those card are a lot more efficient than that Vega 64 stove.

So no bottlenecking problems? OK thanks for letting me know.
I won't get Nvidia GPUs because I have a FreeSync monitor, that's why I'm going for the Vega 64.
As for the power supply, I saw someone saying that 750W should be the minimum for a Vega 64, that's why I thought 850W or 1000W would be good.
Also, one more question, should I choose RMi series instead of RMx because of software control? Is software control useful? Also, what difference does it make? Thanks.
