Pricewatch.com always list some very low price. however, whenever I try to go to that site which offer the sale, 99% of time it is not there. How do I get those deal?

and is tehre a site that let users rate all the online computer store?

If you see them advertise a price on pricewatch, but can't find the price on their site, there usually is a field during payment where you can post any discounts you'd like honored. Just quote the pricewatch price and they should honor it. I've had no problems.

A good vendor: <A HREF="http://www.newegg.com/" target="_new">newegg.com</A>

Alot of them are for phone orders rather than online purchases but like someone else said, some have a place on their shopping cart where you can mention the pricewatch ad.

Yes...the comments when finalizing the orders will get you the discount. Also watch for "PHONE ORDERS ONLY"

DO NOT ORDER FROM CNETPC or COMPUTERGEEKS. You will regret it. Both carry worthless junk, and Unbeatably Poor (if any) service for returns.

If I don't get my 90THz AMD Quadraplex system soon, I'm afraid I may just combust right here.
