Vennice core or Wincester core, answer needed quic

Hi i was wondering if there was a big difference between the venice core and Wincester core this is because i can get a Wincester core 3000+ for £55 and the cheapest vennice core found in UK is £100.

Can i overclock the Wincester core and does anybody know A stable rate. (i heard it was 2500 whoich is near fx53 speeds)
