So ive placed the same order 4 different times for a laptop at 1300 dollars ive used two different credit cards every time i get told my order was canceled i call they tell me to try again so... how do i get my laptop

Contact your credit card provider and make sure there isn't a spending limit imposed (for your protection). If there is, let them know to remove it for one day and only to accept that one charge from that specific seller and for that specific price.
