Can anyone please help me to know/verify whether the listed SSD's are compatible with the Gigabyte motherboard GA-H270-HD3.

The specs for that board list 1 x M.2 connector (Socket 3, M key, type 2242/2260/2280/22110 SATA and PCIe x4/x2 SSD support)...

Any of the M.2 SSDs you listed should be compatible.
