Verizon Won't Activate New Nexus 7 Until KitKat Update

My family currently has a total of five Nexus 7's in our household, three 2013 models and two 2012 models. All are running 4.3 with no issues. Excellent product. Sorry to hear about those with issues. Perhaps it was only involving some early models as all three of ours were purchased last month.

The issues affect a significant number of N7v2 manufactured from June through September. Units manufactured in October do not appear to have hit store shelves yet.
