Question Vertical lines across display

Hello hardwares!

I turned my pc up and these vertical/horizontal blue lines appeared on my display as shown in the photo. I tried monitor with my laptop and its working fine, so its not the monitor. What do you think this can be? Graphics card, software...?

If I change the resolution in the display settings number of lines decreases.

Full system specs are needed.
Looks like a faulty graphics card.
