4 Months ago I bought an LG27GL83 Monitor off amazon US,
About a month ago, might be following a power trip, I started having those worrying lines almost every day when I first turn on my PC.

Also, sometimes there are stutters as well, only on that monitor (I'm using 2 different monitors)
It usually goes away after I restart/replug the monitor and will only happen on the first PC start of the day.
Otherwise, some lines are left for a few hours but they'll be only a little noticeable.
The monitor is connected to a 2080ti with a DP, and plugged with an adapter from a US socket (2+1) to an IL socket (3 rounded).
I also tried reinstalling drivers.
Warranty is not an option 🙁
