very cold cpu temps

Ok guys normally i would be very happy with such cool readings but the readings im talking about are verryyy cool and also reported as such in the bios core temp and speedfan. This build is only a few days old and i have done my best with cable management and suchlike but the temps are too good to be true (im using the stock cooler)

ok so the cpu is the i5 6500

and my temps are as follows
core 0 7c
core 1 8c
core 2 6c
core 3 6c

full load

core 0 17c
core 1 20c
core 2 21c
core 3 24c

what could be causing my readings to be so low it is also very close to this in the bios

It would be faulty readings (happens pretty commonly). Try using a different software in Windows and you'll notice different temps than what the BIOS says.

is there anymore you could suggest i have tried real temp - core temp speed fan - bios and one called hwm monitor

If they all report such low temps, there is probably an issue with whatever device/electronic is physically used to measure the temps. What that is or how it works is beyond my knowledge.

Is the CPU temperature that low in the BIOS? If it's normal, then use Intel XTU to monitor it. Enable all hardware monitors if you want to see each core temperature, etc.
