Please keep it to 1 thread
Here are my specs!

RTX 3070 Nivida and AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 6 core processor I have also 16g of ram. I honestly have no idea why it is slow, I thought I had a beefy computer but it can't even play any game without LAG/freezes or use chrome without freezing and it also feels like my keyboard has an input delay. Like for example sometimes I alt+tab and it will take 5 seconds to go through .

Please help guys I have no idea whats wrong! Please feel free to ask any questions would love to find out why there is a problem at all....

Let's get the full specs and both a detailed history of the problem and what you've done to try and mitigate it. For example, you've given no indication whether this is a new problem or an old problem, or even if the PC ever worked correctly.

So I recently moved to los angeles so I had to pay someone to take a part my pc and fit the most important parts in my carry on, I then payed someone to rebuild it in LA. And tbh it feels ruggish since I got it up and running but I have no idea why. CPU and GPU looks like its running fine.

Check if your tpm is enabled in bios. I recently updated to the newest bios that was supposed to fix the Tpm stalling issues. Bios update worked, but the Tpm lag was still there. Disabled and it's all good. Hope it's that simple.

So recently I had someone rebuild my PC and I have no idea what's wrong with. Everything appears to be fine and is running a normal usage. But after like 15-30 minutes my PC starts to lag and freeze(almost like stuttering). I can't even play league because my keyboard input will take like 5-10 secs sometimes just to flash. I have over 250 fps and only 20 ms, so it can't be my internet. I updated all my drivers recently with the Smart Game Booster software. If I can't solve the problem soon I am going to take it to a PC repair shop and hope for the best! Please if you guys know what the problem is feel free to give me some feedback!
