Hi,
I came to gaming very late i used to play Age of empires only all the day

My PC configurarion
MoBo: GA-78LMT-S2 Rev1.2
CPU- FX-6300 @ 3.5GHZ with TX3 Evo CPU cooler
GPU: Sapphire R9 270x 2GB BF4 Edition (No bf4 in the backage thoufh)
RAM: Simmtronics 4GB @1600MHz
PSU: Orsair VS550 (which sucks too came to know when already bought)
Windows:7 64bit
drivers: Catalyst Omega 14.12
Monitor: AOC 16.5" 1366×768 @60Hz

AC3- I know bad optimize but minimum 15 FPS on max out?
I need to reduce environmental quality to high or medium to get 25fps minimum . Also this game has lotz of graphics glitches on my pc like blurry shadows they start getting real when i rach 2-3ft near them also evwry buildings windows looks completely messed ... lots odf lines and... cant explain.. the game looks so ugly that i dont want play it.

GTA iv- settings to the mac game look like f***d up everything in front of me is blurry!! Zagged!! Come into life in front of me!!!

ACiv - whatevdr i do with the settings game never passes 25fp max reaches 60 when looking up and down


Watch dogs: Horrible shuttering!!!!

I paid for these games ad build and im completing disappointing... :(

AC3 will drop to 15 practically on any build, it is that bad optimized indeed.

GTA IV I haven't played it so can't comment on that.

AC4 Black Flag? there you should be getting better frames, with my current build I get the same FPS you get but @1280x720p with a far less powerful video card than yours.

No doubt only 4GB of RAM is bottlenecking you, 8GB is mandatory for nowaday games, this should help a lot since when your system uses the pagefile in your HDD it will severely hurt your fps, get that extra RAM and see if problem persists.

Solution
Stop trying to max out games. I know you are on a low resolution but the 270x is an entry level gpu so dont expect too much from it. For gaming you should get another 4gb of ram.

Have you tried uninstalling the graphics driver and re-installing the latest one from AMD, some of your problems sound like driver issues.
