Solution
If you're sure no one in the home is configured to use the Linksys router, then go ahead and perform a factory reset on it.

It's best that you bring your Linksys router next to your PC, then connect it via LAN cable.

Now give your network card a static IP (temporary, this is to configure the Linksys) of the following

IP - 192.168.1.20
Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0
Default GW - 192.168.1.1

Now log into the Linksys and choose Setup - Basic Setup.
Disable DHCP server. Now change the Router Address IP Address from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.0.2

Once you saved changes, you'll need to change your NIC settings to 192.168.0.20 and GW to 192.168.0.1.

Log back into the Linksys via IP of 192.168.0.2. Now configure the rest of the WiFi settings...

Oh yeah its gigantic, I constantly have my speeds and also no latency jumps in any way shape or form unless it is in the mid of peak hours and even then its not enough to ruin gameplay.
