Recently I have had problems in game with stuttering. I thought this was odd as I was getting it in games that had previously run fine. I opened up task manage to find that physical memory usage is constantly at about 6.5GB when idle!

I am fairly confident that it isn't overheating, as my temps look normal. I also do not suffer any stuttering when I restart my computer, however after a couple of days of leaving it to hibernate overnight, I suddenly have stuttering.

I will try to post Images of task manager, and anything else that is useful.

Hello,

Yeah, Windows and hibernation is not a good pair... Sometimes the hibernation feature works flawlessly, but in most cases is a PITA.

Go to your motherboard's official webpage and search for the latest BIOS.
The Automatic Update feature is activated? If not, search in the list if there is not an update regarding hibernation or power saving features.
In BIOS, activate all power saving features (if you have a Haswell CPU, be sure you also have a compatible PSU, for enabling C6 and C7 power states).

Run some anti-malware software, just in case. And try to restart your system at least once a week, to clear the RAM (a complete OFF/ON cicle is better, but a restart is also OK).
