Question Very high power usage, can't figure out why

Summary of Issue

Very high power use on various apps, worse performance by the day, and I don't know how to figure out what the issue is, or even if it's an issue with my Ryzen, but I assume it's related. I did a few benchmark tests I've linked screenshots to below, but have little idea how to evaluate them.

System Configuration

• Motherboard: Motherboard Name Asus Prime B350-Plus
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 4000 MHz
• PSU: Thermaltake 750w
• System Memory: 32704 MB
• GPU GeForce RTX 2080
• OS: Windows 10 Pro

How are you determining that there is very high power usage?

How are you determining that there is very high power usage?

in task manager, one or more apps are often in the red. also if there's enough to process then my computer lags, also it's clear in the glitching audio.

well the temps seem alright, but i can't put much load on the computer now at all before getting lag.

i'm willing to pay fifty bucks if anyone can figure this out today. can't find online service place today other than a couple that require me to purchase a membership, can't afford that. but a more reasonable amount for something that might not take a long time to figure out is worth it.
