Question Very high ram usage in Task Manager (service hosts)

My task manager is absolutely clogged up with service hosts. All using up so much ram. 98% because each service host takes up around 180-190mb! Any way to lower that? I have a Dell G7 laptop, with 16gb ram.

What windows version?
Have you checked Resource Monitor disk section, to see what those svchost-s are doing?

Windows 10 Home 64bit. build 18363

The service hosts are showing mostly local system, dscomlaunch, netsvc et. Too many to list

Thanks for the Malware tip. Worked a peach so far. Actually had 97 quarantined PUPs! Now the ram hardly goes about 35%. Much better than 90s lol. Thanks again. Hopefully it stays that way
