Normally i can play games smoothly for example league of legends which i usualy play with 144fps capped, but today when i turned on the pc i was barely running at 50 fps. I already did a fresh reset of windows and installed the latest drivers, but it still continues with low fps.

Specs:
AMD RYZEN 5 5600X
GTX 1060 6GB
32GB Ram

You mean you reset the OS? That doesn't always work.

You can try this, use DDU to remove all your GPU(Intel, AMD, Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Using DDU and installing the drivers again worked. Thanks a lot
