Very new to this, can someone help me download red hat linux?

I have VMware workstation 12 downloaded, I know to use that but I'm very new to linux and can someone help me with the steps of downloading linux red hat?
I created an account inputed my business email now when I click on red hat linux I see two options so I click on the virtualization, but I have no clue on what to do next.. and cannot seem to find Youtube video that explains step by step

I don't believe that you want the virtualization option. Just follow the normal installation procedure for Red Hat, as described very comprehensively in the Red Hat documentation: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/7/html/Installation_Guide/chap-download-red-hat-enterprise-linux.html

I agree with McHenry, you definitely do not want virtualization unless you are running a virtual box.
