Question Gigabyte b550 gaming x v2 (rev. 1.3) not posting

I recently built a pc with a gigabyte b550 gaming x v2 1.3 motherboard, ryzen 5 5600gt cpu w/ integrated radeon graphics, 16gb of t-force memory. My problem is it will not post or show any display. I connected an older gpu and it works just fine, updated the bios to most current version FFc, changed setting in bios to use integrated graphics. Plugged my hdmi monitor to the hdmi port on motherboard and it boots just fine. But as soon as I remove the graphics card it once again will not post and resets my bios to use pci express gpu and video output to auto and once again no display so I can't even enter bios. I'm stumped, any help?

You state flashing the BIOS to version FFc, did you clear the CMOS after verifying your BIOS was flashed successfully?

On a side note, if you're able to get display out of your platform using a discrete GPU, then it's possible that the iGPU might have been conked out. Might want to see if you can drop your processor onto another known working motherboard and if the issue persists.
