No matter what I do after selecting items from http://pcpartpicker.com/ I always get this strange Strange Compatibility message.

"* Some physical dimension restrictions cannot (yet) be automatically checked, such as cpu cooler / RAM clearance with modules using tall heat spreaders."

What does that mean??

Solution
I have the same cooler, it's fairly small. If you're using 2 RAM modules it should work fine with all ATX boards, with Mini-ITX you might need low profile RAM.
Proper low profile RAM should fit under the cooler regardless, and you can even put the fan on the other side to create some more room for the RAM if it's really necesarry.
Big CPU coolers can sometimes block RAM slots, especially if you're using tall RAM modules.

The note means that PCPartPicker isn't capable of checking if the cooler you chose will prevent the RAM you picked from being installed. It appears in every build, for everyone.

So It's not a big issue?

I have a fairly large aftermarket cooler, not huge but it's not a small one. (Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO)

Sniper is low profile, the others aren't. They're not massive, but not LP either. Ares and Aegis do look like low profile.

G.Skill's TridentX RAM is very high profile but the heat spreaders can very easily be screwed off. At that point it's as low profile as it gets.

Aside from G.Skill, Corsair Vengeance LP is very good, and Crucial Ballistix Sport LP and VLP are good too.

Thanks for telling me different between low profile and high profile.
