It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

nvlddmkm.sys (NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 347.52 , NVIDIA Corporation)

If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination the errors that have been reported for these drivers and include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions from users who have been experiencing similar problems.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

I believe I have already installed the latest nvidia driver.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
When I ran this furmark GPU stress test my pc crashed within 2 sec..
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
weird patterns pop up on my screen before the pc crashes or reboots. My driver either displays that it has recovered from a crash or the pc reboots.Sometimes while playing games patterns emerge on my screen and instead of crashing the sound goes out but the game works fine for the rest of the session (runs smooth without lag and stuff)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
can this TDR issue be solved? I tried a fix before where I went into REGEDIT.EXE and in directories within HKEY_LOCAL and increased TDR DELAY and stuff. the number recoveries had increased but the crashing problem still persisted.

Googled up a bit and found that Nvidia's 320.xx series has been known to cause problems to 400 and 500 series of cards. Another person facing the same issue as yours posted that Nvidia driver version 310.90 was stable.

Uninstall all components of the current drivers (including PhysX, 3D , Nvidia HD audio and the updater) via programs and features and reboot the machine. When installing the new drivers select the clean install option. If you don't use HDMI don't install the Nvidia HD audio.

Download the driver from here
