Hello everyone, i recently Bought a lenovo t480 laptop with an MX150 and an i7-8650u and, no matter what game i try, i have very low fps compared to all the benchmarks/vids i saw/even friends with MX150's
an example is nier automate, where i should be having atleast 30 fps in the lowest settings, i get 5-10fps, everything from my gpu clock speed to cpu clock speeds to temps seems fine as seen by the picture below :

things i tried:
1- undervolting cpu using Throttlestop -100.6Mv
2- changing turbo ratio limits to :
1-core : 38
2-core: 33
3-core: 29
4-core:27
3-using these settings in throttlestop:

4- Increasing gpu throttling temp limit to 80 from 70 using gpu tweaker 2
other then that, i still could undervolt the gpu but i dont think that's gonna change anything since gpu is running constant below 80 and is stable at 1700Mhz, i could also update Bios but mine is quite new so i dont think that will change much either
