Question VESA screw length for LG45GR95 ?

Hi,

Would like to ask the correct screws/screw length to vesa mount my LG45GR95 for simracing with VESA. From the manual it says M4 x L10 and When measured from the back of the monitor, the length of each installed screw must be 8 mm (0.3 inches) or less. My vesa mounts would probably be either one or similar.

My mount would not fit straight to the back because of the identation, so do I need to use spacers and what kind ? So do I need a spacer with screw length of exactly 10mm(thread) and then I can screw my mount to the spacer. Or how can I determine the maximum length of 10mm ?

You can look into a slightly longer M4 screw, like 12mm or slightly more, then look for nylon spacers to help offset the mount from the back the of them monitor. So it'll be monitor>spacers>VESA mount>screws.

If you have access to a hardware store, see if you can source higher quality, titanium M4 screws if you're worried about steel screws bending after mounting on the wall.
