Budget Range: Around £1500-1600, would want to spend as little as possible since I'm just starting University, leaving room for improvements in the future

System Usage from Most to Least Important: 3D modeling, texturing, rendering/Video editing/Occasional gaming

Parts Preferences: I've been out of the market so I'm not sure if AMD is seriously the best way nowadays

Overclocking: If needed, but would prefer not to

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe in the future?

Thanks for the quick reply! To be honest I'm not really sure of that. I started using Blender but could shift to Maya in the near future. Will probably use Houdini and the Adobe suite. I was thinking of raw power for this kind of work, I've seen the threadripper being suggested a lot

I like the look of helper800's last build. Shame there's a slight budget constraint as the 3900X would be ideal even for traditionally Intel leaning creation softwares like Adobe.

Blender can make use of multiple graphics cards for rendering purposes for future reference.

For 235 extra Euros over the 3700x IMO it's not worth the extra cost, however, if you could grab it on sale for say 460-500 euros It would change my mind.
