Question VG28UQL1A versus ROG XG27UCS ?

I want to buy a 4K monitor (non ultra-wide) with at least 144hz.
I have these 2 options with same price and i don't know what to do.

Asus TUF Gaming VG28UQL1A 28" 144hz IPS
Asus ROG Strix XG27UCS 27" 160hz FIPS

I already have a Asus TUF Gaming VG27AQL1A (2K 170hz 27") monitor and it's fine. Sometimes i hear loud "taghhh" voice from it (also it has 3-4 dead pixels from the first time use) but i love it but i never had a ROG monitor ....

Is either of these monitors good ? Is there anything better ? (in 27, 28 inches)

I heard 28-inch 4k monitors are better ... is it right ?!

Where i am located, the ROG monitor is 400 $ and i can buy up to 600-700 $ too ...
