before my temps were 58 idle with fan at 25%. now is 38 fan is 0%

if i add 3 120mm fans what i can expect?

Adding the additional fans can improve airflow in your case. I assume that is your intent. You may not see much in terms of reduced GPU temps as it can only get so cool (never cooler that room temp with an air-cooling system).

For optimal airflow, front, side, and bottom fans pull cool air into your case (intake).

Rear and top fans pull hot/warm air out of the case (exhaust).
