Question VGA Debug LED delayed boot

My system hardware is as follows:
CPU: Ryzen 2700x
MoBo: MSI Gaming Pro Carbon AC B450
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8 3000 MHz
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1070 Windforce Rev 2.0
PSU: Corsair RMx 850

The problem is that when I boot my PC, the VGA debug LED lights up for 5 seconds, the monitor wakes, but only shows a black screen. Then, the LED turns off and the system boots normally.
It did not used to do this. It was booting normally, then one day it started this. I cannot think of any specific event/issue that would've prompted this. This issue doesn't actually affect the use of my computer, but first world problem: it takes 5 seconds longer to boot. The LED comes on before I can get into bios, it shuts off, then it will boot or I can get into bios I've also updated the bios and the problem is still there.
Any suggestions or other threads that can point me in the right direction?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Which version of BIOS are you working with? Might want to see if clearing the CMOS(removing the battery from the board) for at least 15 minutes before replacing(while the system is powered down and disconnected from the wall) changes your experience.

As the saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
