VGA error on motherboard, but everything seems fine?

My Z87-PRO motherboard sounds an error code in the form of one long beep and three short beeps upon booting. As far as I can tell, this means there's a VGA error, or in the manual's terms, "No VGA detected." I am currently using the computer to type this, having heard the code, and I can see no adverse effects. Everything runs fine, no issues whatsoever.

This isn't the first time I have heard this code. However, I stopped hearing the code for a long time after, maybe a couple months. I only just now heard it again. Even though I see nothing wrong, I'm worried that something may go wrong in the long run. Could the MOBO falsely think that the VGA is not seated, even though the connection is good?

Not sure how much info may be necessary:

MOBO: Z87-PRO
VGA: EVGA GTX 770
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance LP 16GB (2 x 8GB)
CPU: Intel i7-4770K

Solution
I have the same problem but on an older Asus mobo.I know many people with this problem on the VGA.I don't know the solution for this problem but I think it is in the Asus drivers. Try to find if the VGA is off by BIOS.

Yeah. And everything is stock, no overclocking or anything, I highly doubt wear or overheating; I've had this rig for less than a year.
