Question VGA EZ Debug LED is on, peripherals without signal

I've encountered an issue with my PC. I built it back in 2017, and it's been running smoothly since then. I needed to restart it due to a game-related problem, but the restart was taking way too long, so I held down the power button to force a reboot. Now, when I try to power it back on, my monitors remain black, and neither my mouse nor keyboard is working (LED's don't light up). I noticed that the VGA light is lit on the EZ Debug LED section of my motherboard. Any ideas on what might be causing this and how I can fix it?

PC Specs:

• CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 OC @ 4.1GHz @ 1.35V with CRYORIG H7 Cooler
• GPU: GTX 1070 8 GB SC
• MOBO: MSI B350 Tomahawk
• RAM: Ripjaws V @ 3200MHz
• PSU: Seasonic PRIME ULTRA GOLD 650W
• Storage: SSD 250gb (WD BLUE) and HDD 1 TB (WD BLACK)
• OS: Win 10 Pro 64-bit
• (if relevant) 2 Monitors, main one connected with DVI, second one with HDMI

I've tried several solutions from YouTube and other forums, but nothing has worked so far. Here's what I've done to try and fix the problem:

• Removed and swapped the RAM sticks, testing each one individually
• Replaced the CMOS battery and also took it out for about 10 minutes
• CMOS Reset
• Ensured all cables are firmly connected

Unfortunately, I don't have any spare parts to test and diagnose the issue further. Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

EDIT: I left the PC on for a little while, the GPU has gotten really hot.
