VGA for editing picture

I have a new computer without video card,
and i want use my computer for editing picture,
I want to know waht video card is the best for editing picture.

heres my top 6 list for quality

1 Matrox g450
2 Ati radeon
3 voodoo 4 , 5
4 Geforce2 mx , gts , pro, ultra
5 Geforce sdr , ddr

I didnt add autocad card cause of price $1500+

1. Martox g450 is based of the g400, the quality is the best out there + no t&l + some features more for business users. if you go martox wait till the g800, when it ever comes out

2. I would go radeon cause of more feature + quality is good too + good for game once in a while + more for the family pc.(only card optizimed for DX8)

3. voodoo 4,5 good video quality + but not the best + really is a gamers card

4. Geforce2 the quality isn't the best + pure 3d power + (power > image) quality is the geforce

5. geforce1 the same thing as geforce2 but alittle slower

i would go radeon, but its you pc and im only helping you, this is my personal idea of the image quality not everyones idea
